Schedule Pulse turns a contractor's monthly schedule submissions into a health read an owner can act on — KPI trends across every update, DCMA-style quality checks, period-over-period change forensics, and a print-ready report for the board pack.
It is built for owner-side project controls: the questions are the ones you answer in the monthly meeting, and the caveats are the ones you would have to defend afterwards. Every figure names its method, its threshold and its limits.

What it does
Three commitments the product keeps on every update it publishes.
Honest by construction
A figure that was not computed renders as an em-dash — never an invented number. A list sitting on the store's row cap says it is capped instead of implying it is complete. Periods that cross a re-baseline are marked on every trend, and movement across one is labelled restructure, not execution. The discipline is being right about what the data does not support.
DCMA-style quality checks, in plain language
Fourteen checks across logic, float, constraints, lags and durations, each with a one-line meaning on hover — and the caveat printed on the page that this set is DCMA-style, not the canonical 14-point assessment. Every offending activity behind every check exports to one uncapped Excel workbook, so a scheduler gets a corrective-action list they can work rather than a picture of one.
Period-over-period forensics
What actually moved since the last update: top movers by finish slip, newly critical and no-longer critical activities, and added or removed scope reported as volume rather than a verdict. Activities merely riding the data date are excluded from the slip figures and counted separately — loose logic is a quality signal, not a delay event.
